Responsibiggle

Being responsible can really suck, you know? I could have been in downtown DC last night, listening to an amazing solo performance at the Four Seasons, but I did the right thing and went to the high school orchestra booster's board meeting. Yawn. I suppose I have reached near "soccer mom" status by letting them draft me onto the board. I feel like I've cut off my ponytail and kicked my tie dye to the curb. Oh wait, yeah, I did that already. *sigh*

I need to get me some more tie dye.

In other news, I managed to get my handful of Anchorage pictures online, as well as some great shots of my baby sister's wedding.

If you've seen the wedding album before, the new pictures are toward the end. Her wedding was so amazing that I mostly forgot to take pictures. I just got the DVD and CD of photos from her this week, so I put together a bit of a photo-story to share the joy. It was the most beautifully non-traditional and irreverent wedding I have ever seen. Go baby sister!

I miss the Minstrels. :-( May Ty and Jerry be blessed in all of their future endeavors.
