Probably a good move for the business and the region, but it's a huge pendulum swing. The old boss was process-bound and close-minded. The new boss is process-phobic and doesn't believe in limitations. No concerns for my job, but it's a whole new ball game now.
For M:tG fans, the right analogy here would be that it's time to re-build my Magic deck. The old one was kind of a white/blue deck of denial. The new one will have to have lots of green 1/1 cannon fodder.
I guess that means that agility and superior political abilities were key in the past. Looking to the future, things may have to slow down a little bit, and superior bureaucratic navigation will be key.
