MOTO vs. Iron Chef America

For those of you who followed my MOTO reviews a few months ago, the latest episode of Iron Chef America pits MOTO's chef Homaro Cantu against Iron Chef Japanese Masaharu Morimoto. It's in reruns all week.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm sure he'll be using his trademark liquid nitrogen and inkjet printer techniques, and I'm hearing talk of a laser in the kitchen! My DVR is set to pick it up tonight.
