Back from MDRF

Had a fantastic time at the Maryland Ren Fest this weekend. It was a Florida/Wyldefyre invasion! You folks have a lovely faire up there. Of course, I was quite partial to the Pyrates Royale, but Wolgemut rocks!! The girls were more interested in l'Ensemble Cercamon, though.

Juno, please tell Udo that I drank a good many pints in his honor (also bringing on a certain "Wolgemut"), starting with a few pints of local Baltimore oyster stout and following that up with more pints of hard cider (scrumpy) than I should have had! Alas, there was no Guinness to be had. :(

Many thanks to mstarfire for all the driving and hugging and guiding and directing! Many thanks to dragonmakr, pyroguysr, and insegnante for their hospitality and for letting my #2 hang out at Sleeping Dragon South, which is her home away from home. Thanks and greetings to all the other friends (new and old) we met at MDRF whose LJ handles I don't know well enough to include here!

I forgot to mention that I started with the Black & Tan, then moved to the Oyster Stout. My guess is that I had plenty, because I have forgotten the actual number of pints involved...
