Talking Cats
Sep. 13th, 2006 09:19 amY'all may have seen this already, but it simply must be shared:
Oh my dog! Talking cats
I stole it from
pyratelady. The last cat in this video woke up my neurotic dog to the unearthly sound of some unknown animal (she's never met a cat...yet) talking trash. She jumped up from her nap, growling and barking, dashing about the house "grr click click woof jingle click" (wood floors and dog collar) trying to find the source of this nightmarish noise. At this point,
ginger_rose is laughing, coughing, and sputtering just as dear Saffron gets caught in her patented "snarf-loop" where her growl-bark leads to a sneeze back to a growl-bark to a sneeze and so on. This continues until she manages to finally catch her breath again, or until someone talks her down. Of course,
ginger_rose took a sip of tea to calm her laughter-induced coughing fit, which turns into a snarf of her own!
The dog is now somewhat calmed, but she is pacing through the house "click click jingle click," still looking for that demonic cat, running up and down the stairs "thumpedy thumpedy thumpedy skitter," and eating nervously "rustle crunch clatter crunch" (she likes to drop her food on the floor and eat it there).

Date: 2006-09-14 03:02 am (UTC)I never gave it a thought. Who will tend to my favorite, neurotic, Mimi bed-hiding, pull me out of the yard, can only be bribed with cheeses, Saffron, while you're away?
