w00t! I am no longer a Floridian! I have closed my rented mailbox, finally acquired a new driver's license, and registered my car in the Commonwealth of Virginia!

Ain't it a great feeling? We still have one car to title, but other than that we have no ties left to Florida. Although, I must say we've been having massive flashbacks the last few days what with all the chainsaw and generator noise in our neighborhood. :-)

Sorry we could not have met before you left the land of sunshine. There is evidence that the population is beginning to stabilize all over the state and may actually be falling here in south Florida for the first time since the Great Depression. If the insurance rates and property taxes don't ease up a bit, there won't be anyone in the middle class left here to run things. Everyone is bolting for the Carolinas and Georgia. Best wishes on your new life in VA. I grew up across the mountains in WV.

Only 14 more months of Bradford Chase. I can do it. I CAN do it! But, if I can't...you and the beautiful redhead will come visit me in jail, right? Late May, 2008 cannot come quick enough for me. =)
