Yaay, Snow!!

The last two days of work have been soul-numbing. I feel like someone's been sucking the life right out of me, and not in a good way.

But big floppy flakes of snow just started falling here, flakes that look like mstarfire's new hat. The poor, neurotic Florida dog is very confused. She wonders why they don't smell like anything, why they don't move around after they fall, why they feel cold and wet on her back. Realize that anything smaller than her usually registers as either a cricket or a gecko, and you'll understand her confusion. The girls are happy to see Old Man Winter assert himself once again, and I'm happy not to be driving right now.

We've got the white schtuff falling here too. Almost starting to look pretty. Glad I don't have to drive to work tomorrow.

ah, isn't it wonderful not to have to drive in the lovely white stuff? To be able to enjoy it through a window while warm and cozy?

*grins* we had less than an inch of snow here on Thursday, followed by rain. I was very surprised to see a full sized snowman around the corner on Friday morning!

poor, confused puppy! Graehling doesn't like it when it snows... cold, wet feet and all that.
