Date: 2007-07-20 05:44 pm (UTC)I started frying the egg, sunny side up, then put half of a toasted bagel on top, until the yolk squeezed up into the hole. A criss-cross of bacon and a layer of emmenthaler went on top, and then I put it in the oven to bake a little.
It's better runny, giving you an excuse to swab the plate with bits of cheesy bagel.
