Yaay! I cooked!

A friend has been on a really weird liquids-only diet and is working back to solid food just now. I volunteered to come over and cook up a big batch of vegan soup today, and it came out wonderfully! It tastes like a garden, and it's colored like confetti. Let's see if I can remember everything that's
In the stock:
yellow onion
garlic
shallots
leek
celery
carrots
In the broth:
dried ancho chile pepper (sun-dried and raisiny)
fresh ginger
In the soup:
fresh thyme
black pepper
butternut squash
broccoli (florets, and stem cut into coins)
baby yellow patty-pan squash
celery
garbanzo beans (chick peas)
black-eyed peas
baby corn
red bell pepper
yellow bell pepper
hungarian pepper (finger length, sweet, with a hint of heat)
plum tomatoes
kale
turnip greens
nappa cabbage
To be added upon serving:
