Well, the week has begun. The boss is out of town, and there's nothing queued up to be done. I'm trying to keep from hoping that something will blow up to occupy the time. I even finished the CWNA certification that I was working toward, so there's nothing to study for. I guess it's time to find a new cert to work on. Maybe I really will finish that CCNA this year...

On the home front, I'm finally picking up my bananas, cacao, and monstera this week...but not until Thursday. :( I'll have to get them into the ground right away so they can get comfy in their new home. Oh, and I got to use my Römertopf clay pot last night to make a citrus mahi mahi dish with mango-avacado salsa. It was well-received, even by #2. I guess that used up my "compliance" points, because she fought me over every bite of this morning's oatmeal. I think we've moved from her standard "contrary" into "pre-teen." *sigh* I have always hated the middle school years. Well, #1 ran this gauntlet with flying colors, so I'm sure we'll get through this second round without too much trouble.
